Information you give us
When you call, text or send a request through this website, you may share your name, phone number, email address, the property address, details about the water damage and any photos you choose to send. We only ask for what we need to respond to your request.
How we use it
We use your information to contact you about your request, schedule an assessment, prepare estimates and documentation, and follow up on the work. With your permission, documentation such as photos and moisture readings may be shared with your insurance company, adjuster, landlord or property manager.
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not send marketing messages unless you ask for them, and you can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
Service providers
Your request may be handled with the help of providers that run our phone, messaging, form and website hosting services, or by independent local contractors who perform the work. They receive only the information needed to respond to your request.
Website data
Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information such as your browser type, the pages you visit and your IP address, which helps keep the site secure and working. We do not use this information to identify you.
Keeping and protecting information
We keep job records for as long as they are needed for the work, warranty questions, insurance claims and legal requirements, and we take reasonable steps to protect them. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, subject to records we must keep by law. Virginia residents have rights under the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act where it applies.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
